Multi-channel parallel reactor is one of the evaluation
methods of catalysts which developed rapidly in recent
years. Through effort of five years, proprietary
technologies of material distribution and on-line
simultaneous analysis have been formed. So the reactions
in six channels can be carried out at the same
reactants, temperature and pressure. And the products
can be automatically removed out in 1 min and analyzed
in turn by GC as an in-line operation after sampling.

The system is designed for reactions which must be
conducted isothermally, especially for exothermic
reactions, due to its effective removal of the heat of
reactions. We can customize the molten-salt reactor
system according to the specific reaction.

Parallelized 16-Channel Reactor System
A 16-channel parallel reactor for the high throughput
screening of catalysts has been developed. Homogenous
distribution of the inlet reactants is assured by a
diffusor plate and the same pressure over the catalyst
beds by the same back pressure system. The system which
can carry out 16 parallelized reactions simultaneously
in common heating furnace decreases the development
times for novel catalysts.

Multi-channel Micro Reaction System
The system is designed for simultaneous evaluation of
multiple catalysts under the same reaction condition.
The products out of each channel can be diverted online
through its unique feed and automatic sampling system
and analyzed by chromatography in turn, eliminating the
influences of variations in temperature, pressure and
flow rate on the results. The system reduces screening
time, testing resource and energy consumption for
catalyst development and research, especially in
low-carbon applications. |
